Two hundred million year old dinosaur's fossil has been discovered from the sea floor rock fragments which is obtained by drilling the sea floor for oil. the discovery was made about 87 miles (140 kilometers) west of Norway in the Snorre oil field.but contrary to this fact researchers who believe that the continents are moving state that the North American continent and the European continents were joined as one continent called as Laurasia.and during the Cretaceous, ie 140 million years ago the northern super continent called as Laurasia was rifted apart to form the North America and Eurasia.

if that is the case then there is no possibility for the dinosaurs which lived Two hundred million years ago to be fossilized on the sea floor which is lying between the two continents.



therefore the discovery of the Two hundred million year old dinosaur's fossils found on the north Atlantic sea floor which is lying between the north America and Europe proved that the two continents were in the same place before Two hundred million years.and the Two hundred million year old sea floor dinosaurs fossils also proved that Two hundred million years ago the sea level was two kilometer lower than today.
